Before we meet, I spend up to 10 hours reviewing:

  • Recent closed-won and closed-lost deals
  • Marketing activity and spend
  • Forecast logic

We then work through a half-day deep commercial session where I challenge assumptions, test your growth logic, and identify structural constraints.

Within five working days, you receive:

  • A written commercial assessment
  • Clear diagnosis of growth constraints
  • A prioritised 6-month action plan
  • My recommendation on whether you need advisory oversight or embedded leadership
  • A 30-day follow-up call to review implementation progress

Regular management support

Strategic Growth Advisor

Ongoing commercial oversight without full embedding
£4,000–£6,000 per month
If you have capable operators but want sharper growth discipline at leadership level, this structure gives you consistent senior accountability.

Each month, I:

  • Conduct a pre-session review of pipeline metrics and performance
  • Run a 90-minute commercial review session with you
  • Assess forecast confidence and conversion health
  • Challenge growth assumptions and investment decisions
  • Provide direct, candid feedback to you and your marketing lead

Each quarter, we run a 3-hour strategic recalibration session to reassess growth priorities.

You also have direct email access for strategic decisions, with a 48-hour response commitment.

I am not observing.

I am holding you accountable to revenue clarity and commercial discipline.

Fractional CMO
